Trip - Beach Pebble

Everytime we visit my mom and dad in JBay, we leave a beach pebble on our bedroom windowsill to mark our stay. The collection is growing, just wish we could add a pebble more regularly.

Trip - Zoetelief

Visited the pretty little JBay community garden, Zoetelief. 

An open plot in JBay that the community members decided to "pretty up". 

  

Trip - Another memorable stroll

Took another long stroll on the splendid beaches in Jeffrey's Bay, yesterday. This time past Kabbeljauw lagoon far off to the unspoiled stretch of white beach.

 This is a mount of pebbles that someone started a long time ago. 

A tranquil place to leave a stone written message for a loved one passed. 

A quite moment to bid farewell to a dear friend, 

Johletta,who is being laid to rest today.

Johletta loved life, she loved people, she loved the bush, 

she loved the sea and she loved our God.

RIP dear Johletta, you will be sorely missed. 

Unfortunately I did not have a pen with me, so 'n piece of 

charcoal found along the way had to do.
